Improving Dealership Efficiency – A data-driven product for BMW
As a Product Manager, I led a team of 6 to design a dealership portal aimed at improving inventory visibility and operational efficiency. We conducted user research, competitor analysis, and 10+ expert interviews to identify workflow inefficiencies and define product features. We translated these insights into a high-fidelity prototype and strategy, introducing 30+ KPIs and testing frameworks.
