Driving Growth – A loyalty strategy for ARCO’s mobile experience

As a Project Manager, I led a team of 8 to developed a 12-month go-to-market strategy for ARCO’s loyalty program. We analyzed user behavior and industry benchmarks, define key performance metrics, and design campaign concepts to drive adoption and retention. We translated these insights into structured campaign plans and testing frameworks.
